Fees for International Clients(Currency: USD)

1. Hourly Rate
• English legal services: USD 400 per hour
2. Per-Case Rate
• Civil, criminal, and administrative litigation (1st instance): from USD 7,500
• Injunctions, provisional measures, and enforcement: from USD 6,000
• Notarization and corporate bankruptcy/restructuring: fee based on case value
3. Annual Legal Advisory
• Annual fee: USD 6,000
• Provides legal services valued at USD 7,500 within one year (20% off)
• Services exceeding USD 7,500 billed at 90% of the standard hourly/case rate

Notes：

1. All fees exclude statutory charges (e.g., court filing fees, enforcement fees) and miscellaneous expenses (e.g., tolls, transportation, parking, postage).

2. Clients are required to prepay retainers.

3. Chinese legal services include:
o Legal consultation
o Case analysis and discussion
o Drafting, reviewing, and revising contracts and legal documents (e.g., petitions, lawyer's letters, notarized letters)
o Attendance at legal seminars or shareholders' meetings
o Negotiation or mediation

4. English legal services include all of the above, and additionally cover engaging foreign lawyers and managing overseas litigation.

6. For international matters or cases, fees for foreign lawyers depend on their experience; in some cases, foreign lawyers may require an advance deposit or retainer.
